I’ve always believed that curiosity is one of the most important traits someone can have and I am proud do consider myself a very curious person.
Over the years, I’ve had the chance to work across a variety of industries and roles, from Medicine to SaaS, from Tech to Aviation, from Tourism to Law.
Over the last few years while at LinkedIn, I had the privilege of building strong, lasting relationships with C-level executives at some of LinkedIn’s largest enterprise clients, exceeding my sales quota by 115%, being among the top performers of the company.
This success came from not just selling, but truly consulting and understanding what each business needed to grow. I was also fortunate to speak at events like the Social Media Summit 2024 in Switzerland, sharing insights on how digital transformation and advertising on LinkedIn is shaping the way we connect and do business.
One of my most exciting experiences was leading the marketing launch of Bolt Food in Malta in 2020 as the Team Leader of our Digital Marketing Team at Bolt. In just six months, we managed to turn it into the market leader, which was incredibly rewarding. Our work earned recognition, including the Best App/Innovation award from LovinMalta for our digital campaign. That same year, we also won Best App Marketing and Best Digital Ambassador Campaign at the Malta Business Awards - proof that great work, backed by a solid strategy, really pays off.
In 2018 I led a project to secure a long-term partnership with one of the world’s largest banks at Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates. The project involved building trust with senior executives and navigating complex negotiations, but the result was a lasting relationship that continues to benefit both sides.
Before all of this, I spent several years in emergency medical services, serving as a Paramedic Team Leader with St. John’s Ambulance Austria. Between 2013 and 2017, I led teams in high-stakes situations, performing 24 successful CPRs and managing over 1400 patients. The resilience and focus I developed in those years still influence my work today, especially when I need to stay calm and decisive under pressure.
I’ve also had the unique experience of working in politics - running for parliament in Austria as a candidate in 2013, while also heading the social media campaign for the political party. That experience taught me the power of digital communication in building trust, engaging with people, and driving change.
Through it all, I’ve learned that success comes from a mix of resilience, creativity, and the ability to build genuine relationships.
I’m always learning - whether it’s diving into new marketing trends, exploring courses in law, or sharpening my leadership skills.
Outside of work, I enjoy writing, reading political and medical literature, as a former hobby-pilot and aviation enthusiast I also enjoy anything related to flying.
